Who We Are
Since 2015 «Sidergamma S.r.l.» is part of Gruppo Bianco.
The history of the Gruppo Bianco began in 1958 in Italy with the foundation of «F. G. Bianco», active in the distribution of steel tubes, originally based in Milan and later in Flero (Brescia), where it still exists under the name of «Tubindustria». Between the late `60s and early `70s the group has grown with SICAM (Italy), STAD (France) and CST (Cleveland Steel and Tubes, England), which were the basis for the creation of an international group and the first step towards the establishment of an integrated distribution network.
Today Gruppo Bianco is made up of over 20 steel stockholding, distribution, processing and trading companies in Europe and North America. Over 1,000 highly qualified employees serve more than 16,000 customers worldwide every day. A well-structured group that, despite the exceptional growth, has been able to maintain the original characteristics of flexibility and speed as a key factor in its trade policy. Through the essential support of over 220,000 m² covered warehouses and the outstanding availability of steel products – more than 350,000 tons – the group is able to meet almost all enquiries efficiently and reliably, even the oddest ones!
- Domenico Zamberlan established Cromatura Zamberlan Domenico in 1956 for the supply of hard chrome plated steel bars.
- The sons Francesco, Ivano and Riccardo Zamberlan continuously supported their father Domenico until 1983, when they officially took over the management and established Zetadi s.r.l. During this period they began the production of hard chrome plated bars in commercial lengths working for third parties.
- In 1990 the Zamberlan brothers established Sidergamma s.r.l. and started mass production of chrome plated bars and tubes under their own brand.
- Since 1995 Sidergamma s.r.l. has been an exclusive partner of Acciaierie Valbruna for the supply of hard chrome plated stainless steel bars. Even today, this Partnership is still in place and is something we are very proud of.

In 2000, the production capacity increased significantly through the installation of one new peeling machine and several grinding lines.
Start-up of the first automated online controls. - In 2004 the historic cooperation with Bianco Group began: Sicam S.p.A. (Italy) and Protubsa S.L. (Spain) were the first companies, joined by the remaining foreign subsidiaries of the Group after a short time. This strategic approach was the key factor for the internationalization process of Sidergamma s.r.l.
- Zetadi s.r.l. and Sidergamma s.r.l. merged in 2013. In addition to simplifying internal processes, this decision strongly supported the promotion of Sidergamma on the international markets.
- In 2015 Sidergamma s.r.l. joins Bianco Group and becomes a strategic asset.
- In 2016 the internationalization process is consolidated thanks to the commercial promotion of the network of Bianco Group.
- In 2017 Sidergamma s.r.l. obtained an important funding from The Local Government of Veneto for the installation of new "high frequency current electronic rectifiers" that allow significant energy saving and a lower environmental impact. The funded project
- To allow greater raw material storage, in 2018 the warehouse was extended and capacity increased by a further 1,200 m².

In 2019, the trademark «Gammaplus ®» is officially registered.
The production capacity is further strengthened to reach 15,000 tons per year. - In 2020, the new warehouse for finished goods of 3,600 m² has been completed. The recent installation of a new peeling machine has enriched Sidergamma machinery fleet not only in terms of production capacity but also in terms of quality. Today the total covered warehouse space is 12,000 m² on a site of 20,000 m². Sidergamma has customers in 30 different Countries.
- In 2021 the installation of an additional photovoltaic system allows us to significantly reduce energy needs from traditional sources by bringing our self-production to over 800 kWp of power and about 850,000 kWh per year. The addition of two new grinding lines and an automatic polishing system increased the capacity.
- In 2022 the installation of a new continuous chrome plating line allows to expand the dimensional range and bring the annual production capacity to over 17,000 tons.
