Processing

Processing

Our full range of processing includes peeling, rolling, grinding, micro fissured hard chrome plating, polishing and final packing through the extrusion of recyclable polyethylene on the finished bar. The system we have in place is designed to prevent handling damages and our rollers are coated by «Vulcolan».

Quality

Each production phase is continuously monitored with high accuracy using computerized laser technology. This ensures uniformity of chrome deposition, correct surface roughness and detects any possible defects.

Packaging

Each bar and tube are protected by recyclable extruded polyethylene film (Ø 18 ÷ Ø 120 mm) or cardboard tube
(Ø 25 ÷ Ø 200 mm), before being bundled for onward delivery.
Further packaging solutions (Lamiflex, wooden boxes and waterproof foil) are available upon specific request.

The group will take part in Tube 2026, the world’s leading trade fair dedicated to the tube industry and processing technologies.
The event will take place in Düsseldorf from April 13 to 17, 2026, bringing together more than 1,200 exhibitors from 54 countries.
